Hello!
I am new here...obviously, because I am posting in the New member area.
My name is Chris, but most of my friends call me Val.
I am Odsman's/Thomas' girlfriend, and he suggested that I join Stogie Chat to learn about cigars from other people's perspectives.
One of our early dates was to his favorite cigar lounge, and what started off as me humoring a new boyfriend has rapidly turned into a new found love for cigars.
I went from "girly cigars" as my friends have put it to enjoying medium to full flavored Nicaraguan tobaccos - I really like leather, earth and coffee flavors in the tobacco... (and I use ellipses too much)
Recently I took Odsman to the Finck's Lone Star Cigar Bash for his birthday and we both had a great time. I ended up with 20 new cigars to try, which I have been steadily working my way through, and a Fuente sampler pack.
Anyways, I wanted to introduce myself. I hope to learn a lot from everyone!
