I am glad it worked out for you. I ordered from them in the past, and the cigars arrived really wet. I am wondering if they are improperly storing their stock, which in turn is causing a mold problem. Still makes me leery to order more. I am glad they did the right thing, but you should not have had to fight them to do it.

Hmmmm, if this "CIGAR" seller is "ONE" of the companies in Switzerland that deals with ISOM's, I must admit that I have never had any issues with them at all.

The only thing I have to speak of with them is a few broken foots on some Churchills and they replaced them and added a few singles as an apology, other than that, they ship quickly, the postage is either cheap or none at all.

I reckon you Americans dont know your Ash from your elbow when it comes to plume or mold ........... Tongue
