Very nice Mike!! Love the mill.

Did you have a mill before that you milled your own grains for or did the LHBS do it for you?

LHBS, we never got better than 68% mash efficiency with their mill! and they don't adjust.

Best investment you could have made then! Screw around with the gap little bit and you will be much better. I have been averaging between 85-90% lately.

I've been reading .35 - .38 should get me to where I want to be without risking a stuck sparge... It's factory set at .45 and my lhbs keeps there's at .42, so I will get the feelers out and start at 38 and dial in from there.

I have a Barley Crusher, I set my gap with a credit card and thats how I have been getting my 85-90% without any stuck sparges.
