yeah man!  So something I've been wondering, BB, what do you have going on now?  You have given incredible advice and guidance, and I know you have a history of brewing, but what do you have going on right now?

Presently, batch #2 (Irish Stout) has been rebottled, and batch #3 (Brown Ale) should be ready to be opened next week.  Still debating on the next batch, probably going w/ a partial mash again, as I will have to put some time, effort and $ (all of which I don't have right now) to set up the all grain system.

absolutely nothing. still on the long recovery road from bionic back surgery, and muscling my brewing system around is not in the cards yet. but i must say the brewing jones has been eased by shooting the sh** with you degenerates and helping spread the knowledge around. once i'm more physically solid, i'm going down to panama to visit family and scout out possibilities of starting a very small brewery down there. apparently there are a lot of people desperate for a decent pint, and god knows, it's a beautiful place. in the meantime, keep brewing like mad, and i'm always up for answering questions and/or corrupting new brewers.Big Grin

skipped a lot here, talk a bout a before and after pic, the one above is the boil before adding the other 3 & 1/2 gallons, and the one below is the trub after 7 days of fermentation and the batch is siphoned over.

I didn't take any pics of bottling these two batches, and I really should have, because I didn't start using one of the tools I had until this third batch, and things just went a lot smoother.  Batch #4........coming soon!Cool
