I've had one for two years. Last month it came apart. I contacted them explaining that it was too far for me to drive to a B&M to exchange. Seven minutes after I sent the email, I had a reply stating to send it to them with a copy of the email and they would replace it. I sent it, received my new one four days later. Great customer service...
