damn.  Jason, you say that like it's a good thing.  I am more prone to grilling out in the winter here than in the summer.  Just something about 99% humidity, 105 degrees, and THEN lighting a bunch of coals on fire so I can stand in front of it.  I love grilling out, and probably use the grill most of the year, but in a few months I'll probably move that thing around to the garage to get out of the sun, so I can enjoy my cigar and brew while everything is cookin up.  Damn I may need to grill out tonight, this is makin me hungry.

Yesterday it was in the 50's. Sunny and no wind.

Today was predicted to be better.

They lied. It barely broke 45, the sun never came out and the wind is wailing. But that didn't slow me down.

There's nothing quite like the first grilled hamburger and hotdog of the year.

barbequed and grilled some chicken friday night after this thread got me thinkin about this.  Also picked up a boston butt and tossed that in the crock pot friday night, cooked overnight for a good 12 hours and had pulled pork BBQ the next night, mmmmm.

It's OK to pay the cap gaines. That means you made some money. That's why I have used tthe same CPA for 30 years. The best 150 I spend all year and just have to sign the form and I'm done.

i used to do that too... But I live on the water now. The salt water will eat through aluminum and stainless steel in no time so keeping my grill covered is a must. Taking the cover off then putting it back on is a hastle. Especially putting it on, waiting for it to cool... (I melted my last cover and the new one cost me over $75). Also it's dark by 5 and I get home around 7:30. Quite frankly I wait for Spring.

I have been using my grill now for the past 2 weeks.....been grilling up some nice Rib-Eyes, NY Strips, Sausage, dogs and some awesome burgers. NICE!
