I suggest talking more about the Steelers and less about Cubans.

Its quite the faux pas.

Cuba perhaps, Tongue

but I'm not sure. It's illegal for U.S. citizens to possess or consume any Cuban made goods...which includes cigars....either in the states or abroad.

Well in my opinion and the opinion of many others here, Nicaragua is producing some of the best cigars out there now.  I would suggest Oliva, San Cristobal, and Tatuaje.   You will find hours of pleasure right there.

As for Cubans those are illegal in the U.S.   Even as a U.S. citizen its technically illegal for you to obtain or smoke then while out of country.   However, I recommend a trip to La Casa del Habano in Cancun.   Mexican taxes are high on Cubans so budget well.

Anybody know where I can get my hands on any Cubans?

Thanks,

Gary,

For the record I politely maintain that it is considered improper to go onto any cigar board and ask about Cubans.   Most cigar boards will rudely and verbally slap you around and make you feel unwelcome.  This is a serious subject and one that the Feds pay attention of sorts to.

You must also take into consideration that you are a new member here with just a few posts.   In the unlikely event that anyone here has Cuban cigar knowledge, for all they now you could be a nark.  Nobody knows who you are.   Get to know some of the folks here.   Contribute, ask legal cigar questions, and interact.

Aside for that welcome from ND!   Smile
