Good afternoon everyone,

Just want to take a quick second to introduce myself. My name is Gregg Gaulden from York, SC (about 30 minutes south of Charlotte, NC). I've dabbled in cigars off and on since I was in Afghanistan from 2011-2012, but have gotten more serious with the hobby/sport/vice/habit/whatever you want to call it Smile in the past few years. My favorites at the moment are pretty simple. I'm enjoying a few 5 packs of Gurkha Cask Blends, a box of Gurkha Governor's Private Blend, a couple Gurkha Ghosts, and last but not least I'm REALLY digging Drew Estate's Deadwood Tobacco Co. Crazy Alice figurado's. I also enjoy various Ashton cigars, but don't have any in my humidor at the moment. My youngest son was named Ashton by one of his older brothers because they knew how much I enjoy Ashton's as well. I'm a family guy first with a beautiful, supportive of my "habit" wife, 1 daughter, and 3 sons who loves Jesus and the Church. I'm also a Ducati rider if anyone wants to go for a ride. If there are any forum members in the Charlotte area, I'd love to know where the better cigar lounges are. I currently go to Palmetto Breeze Cigar Place in Rock Hill, SC when I am in town. They have outstanding service and is an all-around nice shop. My office is in the Herndon, VA area, so I do hit up a couple cigar places when I'm up there.

I look forward to meeting you all and look forward to learning from this forum.

Take care,
G

Hey Gregg, thanks for joining our cigar family & thanks for your service.

Well rounded post. Welcome from New Jersey. My humidors are fully stocked with a variety of smokes so I kinda just reach in and grab something.

Just smokes a Nub a few minutes.

Browse around the forum & if you have any questions, just ask.

Hi Gregg! Greetings from Rhode Island. Welcome to the club, and thank you for your service!

I enjoyed your introduction. I'm a fellow brother in Christ; in fact I know the Lord was involved in bringing my wife and I together, because our story of meeting HAD to have been designed and not just a matter of chance.

I used to ride motorcycles a lot when I was younger and living in Vermont. My day had a 1977 Kawasaki KZ1000, a 1982 Suzuki GS650e, and a 1969 Honda CB350.

I look forward to getting to know you better!
