Nice Dave keep up the good work. I hit the gym earlier for an arms workout then ran 2.5 miles around my neighborhood. Now off to 2 cookouts and plenty of beer. I deserve it. Haha

Cheers guys.

Just spent a couple of hours working our way through my wardrobe and bagging clothes that are "TOO BIG" for sending to the charity store.

Mrs P is adamant that I won't be wearing any of the shirts we just bagged ever again so it was purge time today

Feeling kinda pleased with myself at the moment

I had to buy myself some new pants a few weeks ago in a smaller size.  Put 1 on yesterday & noticed they were getting too big too.  Time to order another, even smaller pair.

2 pairs of new jeans bought today as well ..... in Mrs P's words ..... I looked like my ass was tripping me up with the bigger jeans I was still persisting to wear.

Still a long way to go and its not easy giving up everything I love for the time being, however, its time to get back to my fighting weight

Good for you Dave! I too had to get into shape. Last year in Vegas Jimmie called me "fatboy" all week.
