What do you recommend to a guest that is a new smoker.

Leon Jimenez
ashton maduro
punch
hoyo's
Partagas
joya de nicaraguan celebrations
flor de oliva maduro and corojo, although I did used to smoke the sweetend apped origionals.
Ashton cabinets are a great beginner mild smoke.

My advice, try as many different types as possible.Keep in mind, some may taste better after haveing a few of them, some you wont like anymore as you smoke more.
Dont write off a cigar after one bad experiance, your pallette may be off or it was a bad stick.I used too buy mega samplers, singles, and actually chose cigars I never smoked.Oh and dont go by the lables,I know too many people missing out on great smokes because the label doesnt turn them on....knuckleheads!

Hey! No one mentioned one of my "go to" smokes... Macanudo! Big Grin

Actually, I would recommend these to any beginner smoker.  Never overpowering and higly consistant.

I would have suggested the CAO GOLD...nice creamy flav., not to strong

Not only do I not know what's going on, I wouldn't know what to do about it if I did.
