Everyone has ran into a time when a guest who has little or no experience with cigars comes over and is interested and smoking a cigar with you. You would like to offer them something that would blow there socks off, but then again your most prized $20 sticks might impress them as much as a white owl. So what do you offer?
I have three younger brothers one of them just flew in for the holiday, just the boys are going out tomorrow night to a local Martini/Cigar bar.
They are all looking forward to having a cigar tomorrow night. I was looking for a recommendation for someone that has only smoked a couple of times. Something smooth, creamy and mild nothing to strong or spicy. I have enough Ashton Cabinet No. 3's at home. I found them very mild, am I on the right track or can someone recommend something more appropriate.
Ashton Cabinet No.3
6 x 46 - Natural wrapper. The Ashton Cabinet is the "White Burgundy" of cigars. "White Burgundy" gets its rich complex taste from the soil and aging of the grape in French oak barrels. The Cabinet's 4 to 5 year old Dominican filler blend has a rich, complex and well rounded taste. The extraordinary Connecticut shade wrapper is aged for an extra year and has an elegant palamino color resulting in a smooth and creamy flavor. The Ashton Cabinet includes no less than six different tobaccos and ends with a "big finish." Seven years pass from seedling to finished cigar before Ashton Cabinet is brought to fruition and presented for your smoking pleasure.
