VH1 Presents: Best Week Ever?
#1
Ok, I leave you guys for a week and all hell breaks out!  The site seems to have vanished for a while and the Maytag Man is blowing everyone without a WCC affiliation off the map!  I was vacationing in NC, enjoying a wide assortment of cigars.  Below is a list of some of the stellar sticks I had and some thoughts:

1. Anejo 77 Shark - given to me by lz6, my first Shark, and hopefully not my last - this stick is an incredible after dinner smoke as its like dessert and an after-dinner drink rolled into one - sweet and with a kick.

2. Monte #2 - given to me from LK - is there really anything better?

3. CAO Brazillia - the one with the biggest ring guage - courtesy of Rob - pulled this sucker out to show off in front of the ladies . . . it didn't work, still loved it.

4. RASS - also from LK - my first RASS, wonderful smoke - curse you guys, pushing me to the dark side.

5. Oliva Master Blends #3 - never had anything by Oliva before, and I highly recommend this and will be grabbing more.  I am no expert on pairing, but I had this stick with some Frangelico after dinner one night and they seemed to go very well together.

6. A certain Litto Gomez - pic attached.  I don't know what this is called, but man did I enjoy it and want to get more as soon as I figure out what it was.

That's just a small portion of what I smoked.  Glad things seem to be back to normal around here.  I will try not to leave you guys alone again for a while.Wink

Awesome line up Magnum.   Hard to beat that mix of cigars.

That LG is in the Diez line and it looks like the Cubano which is a robusto or the Lusitano which is a toro.  GREAT stick that's pure power and tobacco.  There's a chisel in that line that's kick-ass.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

Dang that looks real familiar.  Mag if you don't mind me asking, where did you stay at?  I'm from NC and visit NC Beach and Kure Beach quite often.  PM if you'd like.

Judging from your list I'd say you know how to vacation!  That LG Diez you had is one of my favorites and seems to just get better with age.

We were on Topsail Island, which is near Wilmington / Jacksonville / Wrightsville Beach area.  Great place to vacation.  Weather was nice, price for fresh seafood was cheap, very friendly people.

Ok, so thats the Diez line?  That stick was great.  Really surprised me at how good it was.  Could be my favorite Litto.  I am going to look into that Diez line some more.  Thanks guys.
