How do you decide what to bring with you on the golf course -
Do you bring something you really like as a way to thank who ever invited you out on the course or to enjoy yourself?
Or do you bring a yard-gar as you are there to golf (not to focus on the cigar) and the other guys won't know / appreciate a good cigar anyway?

hmmm
I would take any cigar that you think you would enjoy. It doesn't matter if it's a top notch or yard-gar. As long as you enjoy it.
I love when people think I'm psychologically disturbed cause it means I overloaded their neurological nerves

i really just tend to grab one. any one i lay may hands on. lock it up in the otter box, and take it with me. if i'm golfing with a group, and bringing cigars for everyone, i try and bring everyone the same thing, so as to avoid the whole his cigar is better than mine thing.

I bring something that I like but isn't overly expensive so I won't feel bad if I don't pay too much attention to it. There are plenty of cheap but good gars that fit that category, at least for me anyway.

Punch makes some great cigars for playing golf. Just don't lay them in the grass with all the fertilizers and pesticides.

I have to agree with you there! I also like CAO Golds for when I'm playing. I used to be a fan of Diablos as well.
