does anyone by chance have a couple email addresses for them? if you remember, i posted about my antietam not making a tight seal a few weeks, maybe even months ago. i emailed them about it, and got a quick response that they wanted to replace it, and to sent them my new address. i did so, and they shipped it to my old address. i'm not sure if anyone even picked it up at the old address, or if its just sitting there outside. i emailed them numerous times to inform them of their mistake, and have never received any reply, along with a few phone messages as well. i'm beginning to get a little frustrated, as i've got a humidor that doesn't have a good seal. if anyone has some emails other than the ones i keep sending to and not getting a response from, that would be awesome.

Did you get your prob worked out yet? I have done some business with the company who makes the humidor for them. It may have been dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. Try to call Marilyn at Quality Importers Trading Co (954) 602-5637 and tell her what has happened and the time line. They would have track #s and all the info if they took care of it. Good luck, T

wow, thanks man. i got a reply earlier today from them about them resending my product. hopefully this time it goes to the right address, if not i'll surely give the manufacturer a call. i just didn't want bargain to think i was trying to rip them off and not send back my humi with its warped door, and was desperate to get a hold of them. i'll update again when i receive the product.

not yet, i'm fixing to email them YET AGAIN. i have 2 co's in my antietam, as well as about a pound of beads.

I have tried to read up on the beads, I don't think I understand them. I use the crystals that you water and get the size of a pea. I have replaced all of my foam with them, even in the big CO with 4 fans. They last a lot longer it seems.
