My GM buddy who runs a liquor store chain also has walk-in humidors in each of his stores. When I told him that I buy a lot of cigars online he inquired as to which cigars. I informed him about San Cristobal's since he carries a large selection of Ashton's.
Long story short, he wants my local business so he ordered some boxes for me. Here is the info:
1) All San Cristobal's are on national backorder! So get 'em while you can.
2) The San Cristobal that he can get in is the new Corona. This is the 7th size to come out in this line. I should have it in my hands by next week so I'll report on it then.

I wonder if that is the Francisco vitola 44x5.5"? If you don't like them for some reason Tank, I'll take 'em off your hands for what you paid.

lz6,
I have not met a San Cristobal that I did not like. But if you get me your address I will be sure to send you one.

Very much appreciate that Tank. I have several boxes in the humi but am interested in what you think of the Francisco vitola when you try it.

me too.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.

Holts seemed to be pushing these pretty hard in their last catalog. They have have some in stock.
