I noticed yesterday I am eligible for free for the backup assistant (seems all you need is to have an online account and a cell phone with them).

My phone saved my entire address book to their site Where I can view, edit and print the book. Also, changes made on either end are saved automatically. Finally, when I get a new phone or if I lose my phone it will automatically synch my old phone book. Free.

I did this on all my phones, mine, wife and kids a few months back. A few kinks but they are all okay now.
