Are you off from work & what R U doing?

Of course I'm off every day but today I'm meeting my good friend Bob (The Whale) Davis and Mike (Silver Bullet) Sullivan at a local pub to watch the afternoon tournament games.

Been off all week . . . my district combined Spring Break and Easter weekend this year to save a few days.

It's GREAT friday. I'm off.

& I cant work on the boat (too cold and too windy) so...I'm  missing the thought of yet another Easter without my mom and her treats. So today without a recipe I am going to try to recreate one of her specialties... I dont know what name it may have but basically it was a covered pie or pizza with brocoli in it (some tomato, cheese, garlic... hmmmm... do I cook the brocoli first?)

I wouldn't cook the brocolli.  If there is any moisture at all i think the moisture will create steam and cook it.
