Thanks to you all (except Tank) for all of these remedies. I'll try them all.

I read BigE suggestions and after just reading all of that, I fell asleep. Smile Try it, it'll put to sleep fairly quickly.

Now as for what Tank said, my daddy always told me that if it goes without saying, then DON'T SAY IT! [lol][lol]Yeah Tank, I'm sleepy now and ready for bed but my keyboard is sticky.  [pirate2]

This.

There's actually some chemical thats given off after the deed.  Thats why women always complain that men just "roll over and go to bed" when they want to cuddle.

You had to go there with the science did'nt ya G.

The Tank likes a wank ..... end of discussion and a little more information than some of us needed.

although it should give all of you guys a little something to think about each night while up in that cabin in the summer.

Just .... as .... you .... are .... drifting .... off .... to .... sleep .... the picture .... of .... what .... Tank .... may .... be .... doing in the room next to yours will pop right into you head.

I do the old movie trick too, or I read. Ive been reading alot more lately.

Two main reasons for insomnia -
1) Poor sleep hygiene - BIG E's post is an excellent start
2) sleep disorder -  if you sleep does not improve after trying the above, then consider getting a sleep study and see a sleep specialist (preferably a neurologist)

So... how y'all sleeping?  Big Grin

I've been pretty busy lately, so I'm working on a new sleep regimen: approx. 4 hours of sleep during the night (1:00am-5:30am which includes time to nod off), and I cut out an hour of time during the day for a nap at 4:00pm.  So far it is working surprisingly well.  Anybody else try something like this?
