My wife & the boys are still sore with whiplash, even though they were all belted. They also have some bruises popping up out of nowhere.
Here's what happened:
My wife & 2 sons were taking a Lyft ride home from the airport, after a trip to Boston. They were in a new Toyota mini-van. While driving on the Northern State Parkway, a car cut off (possibly hit) a new Mercedes, that was in front of the van. The Mercedes hit the brakes hard.... the van hit the brakes & stopped inches behind the Mercedes. Then a GMC Yukon couldn't stop & rammed the van from behind & drove the van into the rear of the Mercedes.
Apparently, the Lyft van had dash cams running, both front & rear that show everything, including GPS info showing the van was stopped before it was hit.
