I am indeed having the website totally rebuilt, though that is not the reason for this problem. I have had problems uploading updated files with both Expression Web and Dreamweaver. I tried just uploading everything using an FTP client and then got this 403 Forbidden error after everything was uploaded. I am working on it again tonight. It is absolutely driving me crazy. I may delete everything from the server (as it is all backed up here), and try turning Frontpage extensions back on and working through Expression again, as that is how I always posted updates in the past. I've got to find something that will work until the new site is ready...

Thanks for checking and pointing it out Carl and everyone else! I sincerely appreciate it! I'll post here again if I get it fixed.
