I have a IIPA sitting in the ferm freezer I can't wait for. The stopper is pushing sooo much hoppy aroma! First time with San Diego super yeast, it's done bubbling now and is starting to clean up after just brewing at 1.079 on Sunday.

Awesome Mike!!! Love the ferm cooler...my basement is perfect right now...I put my APA on the concrete floor and it dropped internally to 62 and has stayed at 64 using safale US-05...

I think I am going to brew a founder breakfast stout clone June 8th then maybe another summer type beer as the stout will sit till late August/sept...haven't decided yet and it has to be extract for now...
