Another successful brew day down. Should ferment for 3-4 weeks, then lager till October.

Did a gravity reading for my American pale ale and I am right on my FG! 1.012! I am going to cold crash it tomorrow for a week then force carb it to be ready for a party I am having the 18th! Perfect timing!!! And the beer was delicious! Cold and carbed I am really going to like this for sure!! I store the kegs next to my kegerator. Right now I have 5 gallons of Oatmeal Stout and 5 gallons of Kolsch on deck ready to be tapped when one of the kegs in the kegerator kicks. As for the OFest, that has to lager at 35-38* for 4 months so that will stay in the fridge.
