We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.

I found this one I have a question
1- you have boil the jars and lids i believe empty
2- fill jars with Sauce and put jars back in the boil water until jars tops pops is that correct
3 -How many jars per Case to you get
4- what Month do you do it

I am definitely doing this year i need to follow the path of the MUM

1. & 2. you boil the jars and lids . But you have water in the jars as you boil them. I fill the jars with sauce but I do NOT put them back in the boiling water (some people do but I don't). I put the lids on them and eventually they will pop / seal.

3. Depending on the plum tomatoes / depending on how long you cook the sauce etc. Usually 9 / 10 jars.
I do this in late August beginning September. I check with the farms and prices and reserve my order.

Do you drop any bay leaves or basil in the jars with the sauce? How long is the shelf life?

ps...very nice inground pool I see lurking in the background on one of the pics...the MUM rolls!

HAHAHAHA, Mario was using BRAVO back in 2009...
