heh... i was oing to take some pictures... I picked 9 zuchs so far. 1 got by me... it's a mutant 21 inches long!
tomatos coming shortly too. I am so into the summer veggies! Eating like a king. Fresh fish, fresh veggies, good fruit form the market. YUM!

i picked 2 more zuch yesterday after fishing... but they never made it into the fridge. After showering I cut them into 1" cubes, roasted them in a pan with garlic and onions, then removed them from the pan, tossed in a can of tomatos, crushed the tomatoes, added back the zuchs + some more spices and herbs (mostly basil), then boiled a pot of pasta... and at 10PM ate like a KING!
