My new custom NUBtray - SJS - 08-17-2011
I might add more to it...like some NUB or Cain labels....There's a NUB LIVE one on the back...but my phone crapped out this morning !!!!

That is absolutely gorgeous!! You definitely have some skills! I am jealous, I hope my ashtray turns out half that good.
What did you use on the outside, is that a clear poly?

Yeah it's Poly, I'm not sure about heat effect. I am going to have to look into that bar top resin for the bowl !!!
I don't have a lathe at this point...so the bowl is a Beeeeeotch to deal with !!!!

Very nice, let me know when you start producing these so I can buy one from you. As for the resin check out your local Home Depot or Lowes and take a look at the two part epoxy resin in the stain section. I used it on my bar top, it's super thick but not sure if it could handle the heat.

Dude....What an awesome job on the bar !!!! Now I know for sure a band ashtray has to be made !!!!!
