BBQ (slow cooked and smoked) Bologna

I've been eating BBQ bologna for years. There is a little BBQ shack in a town near me that makes killer BBQ bologna. They take a whole stick and BBQ it. The sauce makes a nice crust on it as it cooks. Slap on a little mustard slaw and it's damn good.

The one and only Lathams BBQ Bologna!! So good and they are just across the street from me.
