My little brother, my son Jacob, and myself spent the day yesterday in the country with some new rifles. We also managed to smoke a Green label 601 Habano. Here are some images of our day..................
My little brother Dave performing the initial barrel break-in on a new custom build he had done. Shoot one shot then clean for a cycle of 25 rounds. Makes for a long day. We also take the shooting opportunity to get the scope sighted onto the target paper.
Now to clean
Shooting again
My turn
My new build, did her myself
Ready to fire it for the first time. Notice the green laser under the rail. But first I had to fire up a 601 Habano.
Some handgun action photos
My son Jacob hacking away on the Springfield XD .45. He hit the target 7/10 times at 25 yards. Not bad for a kid. Notice the ejected shells in every picture here.
