No. 6 Robusto
5 1/2x54
Wrapper: Ecuador
Filler: Dominican Rep./ Nicaraguan
Binder: Nicaranguan
Pre-Light: the cigar smelled of leathery pepper, with a fruity taste akin
to grapes.
Construction: I found the wrapper to be a bit on the delicate side
prone to tearing. But overall the cigar had a nice build with a tea
stained parchment tone.
Nice light, burned evenly though not straight, didn't have to touch it
up. Ash was a tight white roll, up until the last third where it began
to canoe on me.
The smoke was not a thick smoke but very flavorfull, full of spice and
a hint of leather and cedar. This is a mild cigar for those who want
mild this is one stick to look at, and definitely one to keep in the
humidor. Though they would benefit from sitting in the humidor for a
couple of weeks. This one had been sitting for nearly two months
before lighting.
