Robusto
5 x 52
Wrapper: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Binder: Nicaragua
Prelight:
Very solid construction. Dark oily wrapper, with some veins. with a sweet hay smell to it. I used a 7mm punch with this one. The draw was nearly perfect, with a spicy flavor.
The cigar lit good and burned good, though it did canoe a bit, it did fix itself very nicely. Never burned laser line clean but even enough to be able to enjoy it.
The smoke though rich was not too thick. Starting with a hint of sweet cocao, moving to a more spicy earthy flavor as it progressed. This cigar had been resting a couple of months in my humidor, and would make a nice introduction to those wishing to delve into the darker more full bodied cigars.
