Going bandless

I never force it though.

And I keep mine as well. Something good will come of it one day I'm sure.
Same here. Since I collect them, I never remove it before smoking because it usually ensures the band will rip.

I remember when I first started smoking I stumbled upon Zino Davidoff's guide to cigar etiquette. I realized after a while that most of the crap in there is outdated and pointless. I wished I had never read it, because after that I became so self-conscious when I was smoking and wondering if I was doing the right thing. Once I went past my newbie stage, I worried less about how to smoke properly and more about enjoying my cigar Smile
Well said.  Personally I leave the band on if I plan on saving it since it's easier to come apart if I am not saving it I usually just rip it off and toss it.
THEY CALL ME THE SHEPHERD!!! AKA LK HUNTER, FACE BOOK MARIO HUNTER, THE GREAT ONE HUNTER, ETC.

I save mine also!  I usually remove the band once it loosens up.
