Ogdensburg: COLD
Syracuse: Cold and snowy
Buffalo: Cold and Snowy
Albany/Saratoga Area: COLD

Down by the city: Who cares?

Very unpredictable to tell. Worst case we could have snow. Best case it could be 60 deg.  Average low should be about 35 to 40, average high should be about 45 to 50.

I remember days fishing in November in a t-shirt. Don't worry there are plenty of cigar lounges that will be available.
