As much as I hate the sticky threat because of it's size and junk in it now taking up 70% of the recent thread, I think this needs to be somewhere. Even if it is added to another thread. Someone figure it out and I'll send you the original. I couldn't figure out how to post the best one in PDF form so this is what we have.
