Padron 2000
#1
Short and sweet. If you don't know the cigar try it.

I'm smoking the Madura ones.

Nothing flashy. Just lots of leather and chocolate vibe. It's turned into my "go to" cigar. When someone is over I always offer something "flashier" because the Padron is a cheap cigar (less than 4 bucks a stick) so for a long time I've been doing the "is it just me thing". But I am now an avowed Padron fan.

There I said it.

I'm a HUGE fan of the Padrons.  I've found the 2000's, and to a lesser degree, the 3000's, to be a bit loose.  If you like the 2000's and are looking for something a bit more generous, I might recommend the 5000's.  Same flavor, but a more substantial stick.

A word to live by I suppose.

I suspect that the dude sparked up a nice Stogie from time to time along with his regular fair.
