Now that you've been properly introduced, I highly suggest you cruise some of the past threads, there you will gain tons of knowledge on cigars and libations that this family loves. Besides, Tank is correct, there are fabulous cigars being produced in many other regions of the world. Oliva makes a cigar for every budget, and they all smoke great. Don Pepin is rolling some great tasting smokes for a variety of companies, and of course you have Tankies personal favorite, Mr. K. Hansotia of Gurkha Cigars. He's got Boxes of those things just laying round, right Tankie [lol]
Yeah right Matt! And they go good with that bottle of Barcardi Rum you got me!

Gary, ignore Mark, we do. Well, maybe we don't ignore him.. he's like grumpy smurf.
Welcome and enjoy , this is a great place.
And as stated, any possession of any Cuban item by an American, made after 1963, is aiding and abetting the enemy and not looked lightly upon by our fine government. Even our soldiers abroad are absolutely forbidden from purchasing any Cuban cigars at the local tobacco shops.
Oh, and in return for this abuse from Mark, he usually send you a cuban or 2. So you see he really is a nice guy.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.
