It's sausage time again! Somewhere
.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.

There are TONS on youtube. They use to pipe them thru a funnel and still works. Pork butts and shoulders @ .99 a lb with .50 worth of spice beats $4.99 at the store. I always see ground pork marked down at Kroger for .50 a pound and grab it for sausage. Even if you keep it as bulk and not stuff it it's great.
