4. West tampa Red- Toro
Had coffee again
First third had wood and espresso notes with a little peanut. Second third wood and espresso maintained with some milk chocolate. Last third still had wiod and more of coffee notes with some black pepper and a bit of licorice finish. Liked this cigar but fairly one demential. I liked it , id buy a five pack. This is harder than i thought. Kristoff was more full bodied than this. Id say this is a 6/10. Kristiff probably was more of a 7

Cigar #5
HVC selection #1
Real barnyard smell from foot. Had some Sam Adams Octoberfest and Smuttynose wood chop chocolate stout.
First third was red pepper punch with some nutmeg and anise. Second third was licorice black pepper and dark chocolate. This is a powerhouse cigar. Im a real fan of the Hot cakes and thats pretty strong cigar, but this puts it in its place. Last third more red pepper licorice and dark chocolate. I still get a little anise finish and peppery retrohale. Really liked this cigar, not sure my palate will ever be the same, ha. Id say this is a top contender for me so far. This cigar is not for the faint of heart.

Cigar #6
Red Anchor Robusto
Cold draw tobacco and molasses
Had some black coffee and seltzer
First third had creamy mouth feel and white pepper. Second third more creamyness with wood and more white pepper. Honestly was expecting more from this but oh well. Last third was still cream and some wood and bitterness. Some notes of leather, but cigar was lackluster for me. Oh well, anyone who wants to review cigars for a living should reconsider, hahaha. Not a top three for me, thats for sure.

Cigar #8
Aging Room Nicaragua Sonata
Had coffee with milk.
First third had some leather, wood and a little peanut at finish. Second third still had some leather notes with some cedar poking through and towards midpoint i got some dry bakers chocolate notes. Cigar is pretty medium bodied and very enjoyable. Last third leather is still there with peanuts taking the forefront and a slight vanilla note during the finish. Very good cigar and this will be top three and someone is getting bumped. Man, this is difficult. Id buy a box of these, or at least a fiver.
