Sorry - plate looks bad as I had already started eating before I remembered a pic lol...

Father's Day dinner snack with my dad and Alex... smoked brisket with a little chimichurri, lemon-roasted fingerling potatoes with rosemary and garlic, elotes, and salad (not pictured)

It was a nice day for us to hang out a bit!

I've always been curious what horse tastes like. I've heard it's very good.

The horse was very good! Or server recommended medium rare, and it was tender and juicy. A pretty unique flavor that's hard to pinpoint, but "gamey" doesn't really seem to apply.
