What's in your go to Accessory Kit

Photo
I have two set up the same, the only difference is one is a Herf-A-Dor 5 Count, the other is a Herf-A-Dor 10 count.

1.  PerfecDraw Cigar Tool - something that works as advertised.

2. PerfecRepair Cigar Glue - again something that work as advertised.

3.  Cuban Crafter Perfect Cigar Cutter, this thing works even in no or low light.  Cuts every Cigar perfect.

4.  Moretti Quad Flame Ligher, it also has a Cigar punch that is so so.

5.  Jet Line Cigar & Lighter Tool, it has punch, mini screw drive, and last butane bleeder.

6.  Home made Nubber, it's a daring needle, inserted into rubber cork.

Honeslty I would like to snag a 18 - 24 Travel Humidor to carry more sticks, but I am still looking for a smoking deal.  I'm frugel. Headbash

That's a nice set up but there's no room for stogies.. Headbash

I have a 5, 10 & 30 count travel humidor.

I use the 10 the most but I'll use the 30 count for the PA herf.

The one pictured is my 5 Count Herf-A-Dor it goes from my dress draw, to my patio, it is like a go to Patio go bag.

When I leave the house it the 10 counter, that will hold the 4 sticks, and accessories.

Like I said I know XIKAR makes a 18 - 24 Count Travel Humidor, I just waiting for someone to offer an attractive price.  If I get the 18 - 24 I will donate the 5, or 10 counter.

I would keep the 5 & 10 or at least the 10. Like you I put a few stogies in the bottom and my V cutter and lighter on top. The 10 comes in handy for sure.

Not so much a kits, as a drawer as i rarely have occasion to travel much,  and all cigars I  take with me will have been 100% checked and prepared in advance,  so no need to take any supplies.

My staples in my drawer are:
Colibri Cut guillotine cutter
Generic punch
PerfecDraw tool
Modus II tool
PSS Cannaglue 0.5oz bottle x2
Humidimeter
Lotus Vertigo Cyclone triple flame torch ($10 for 2, so el cheapos, but work great every time, and last nearly forever with good butane)

All have paid for themselves many times over in salvaged cigars and will always immediately be replaced if something happens ie: my Modus tools blade recently broke,  so I immediately bought a new one, and as soon as I'm down to half of one bottle of glue, I order 2 more bottles.
The Humidimeter was a gift, and is a handy, neat little tool but I wouldn't consider it critical,  and readings are +/- 2% as per manufacturer,  and am waiting to get the calibration tool for it on Christmas so i now where mine lies, as sometimes the readings for a cigar make no sense given there storage conditions.[Image: a18042356320975735314de05098773a.jpg]

I keep all my stuff in an empty cigar box. Multiple lighters, cutters, pokers, cigar rests, etc. I pretty much always use the same V cutter, but will grab whichever lighter catches my eye that day.

I keep mine in a big ash tray and a few other places. I have a big travel humidor (30 count), a 10 count & a 5 count.
Most of the stuff is on my humidor cabinet & shelf in my office cabinet.

Ya know, thats a good idea about keeping it all in a cigar box vs scattered throughout my drawer. I have a couple dozen different size boxes just sitting around for when I order a bundle.

Never occurred to me to keep cigar accessories in a cigar box.

Man, I'm dense,lol

ETA: now have all my extra or rarely used accessories in a cigar box in my cigar stuff drawer, and left the couple things i use daily out loose. Drawer is much more organized and convenient now.

I friggin love cigars

In my desk, I keep 1 drawer with what I use most of the time.

I have a 5 count case, large torch lighter, a quad jet lighter, a single jet lighter, a Colibri V cutter, a Xikar cutter, and a punch.
Most of the time I just use the V cutter & the large torch lighter.

On the shelves above the desk, I have a few of those plastic bins, with covers, that hold the rest of my "tools", lighters, cutters, bling, & anything else cigar related).  A large cigar case (holds 30+) sits in a closet.

I keep 1 can of butane lighter fuel on the shelf, with any extra in the bins.  Current fuel is Xikar High Performance/High Altitude formula
