Kudos to Xikar customer service

My Xikar ELX Lighter (aka element) stopped working after being 100% reliable for over 5 years (no small feat in itself ) - no spark, so i went on line printed out the return form and sent it in, less than a week later I have a new , upgraded version.  Great company to do business with , yeah the lighter may cost more than a cheapie but it's the last one you will ever need to buy , unless you loose it Smile

Nice!

I have a couple of cutters I need to send in for sharpening...I've just been putting it off. Time to do it now, before the really nice cigar smoking weather arrives here.

I had one of their executive lighters, I think it was. I don't recall exactly, it was their least expensive one. It never worked quite right, so I sent it in and they replaced it. New one wasn't any better. After talking to them, we decided my altitude might have something to do with it, so they upgraded me to a high altitude one at no charge. Really top notch company.
