I was following the recipe.

The caps didn't pop off, they looked like they just unscrewed themselves. I tightened them & my wife checked them too.
If Sonny had EZ-Pass, he'd have survived that hit...

I tried a drop of it on a corn chip....Holy shit was it hot!!!

I had my wife running for a couple of glasses of cold milk...stat! Big Grin

Oh, just had an idea. How about a pepper seed swap? Once my bush here at the new place matures, I can mail y'all some dried thai peppers for seeds. :-)

Jan, sorry you lost some bottles..... I have no idea what may have caused that as I've never had any issues, and I've made 30+ bottles of hot sauce using that exact recipe Sad
