Not sure if that will really make much difference. One of the main reasons why the USPS does not allow alcohol is because they don't accept anything LIQUID. Too many people package wrong and then mail is destroyed. Just a few good bumps on a wine bottle will pop a cork in no time, then a ton of ruined mail. Factor in the difference in temperature and air pressure as the bottle is flown to its destination and it becomes a real hazard.

While it would be great to be able to sent or receive a bottle of wine to our APO/FPO's, its just not going to happen via US Mail even with a petition.
