They dont let me play at the highland games

I could see how that would be intimidating!

Those guys definitely aren't messing around. Throwing a 56 pound weight over a pole vault bar is impressive to say the least!

Just back from the consultant physicians office.

The work done on my spine last trip home has been successful ..... and there is a 60% chance I will be fine for the foreseeable future.

So ..... the sitting on my azz is at an end ...... I'm back on the bike and back in the gym.

As for not visiting the states to party ...... Pah!!!!!

I was there last year ....... Vegas and NJ and NY ...... Cant recall seeing any of the MA crew in either location.

Guess I'll just have to visit in 2013 to prove my point ...... AGAIN.
