Got up at 4am to light rain,Hickory wood soaking 24 hours,got a 7 lb. pork shoulder and a 2lb. pork tenderloin on bottom rack above water pan,top rack doing 5 lbs. of trimmed pork nuggets (fer' snacking) then 2 full slabs pork spare ribs cut in half for my rib rack go on,then 6 lbs. baked beans with bacon and dark brown sugar to get extra smokey!! mom and dad along with my son and his GF coming for dinner tonight. Cool

Rigged up this tarp for the rain,gonna rain all day and get windy too, I hope it holds up,I got bungee cords zipped tied to the post for movement....

BTW,charcoal pan is modified with 5/16" holes and charcoal and wood stay above opening resting on a stainless grate.
