Wow... seeing the before/afters in that way... REALLY shows the damage even more than pictures on the news. Thats incredible and saddening.

Very nice words Dave....thank you.
Hey Mum....I was sad to see this.....this is where I bought the clams and shrimp for our BBQ with you and the Famous St. Jospeh's Pasteries for Mrs. Mum that we captured on video.
Both in the same complex....

Our latest e mail on the beach website:
November 7, 2012 6pm Notice of Evacuation.
Today, all non-essential employees and contractors were required to evacuate the island at the direction of the Office of Emergency Management. Therefore, no new updates can be provided for today. We do plan to resume all cleanup operations if and when access to the island is reopened for cleanup and reconstruction crews. The plan is also to resume our Residential Reentry Plan / Operation as early as Friday. Buses have been reserved but we just need to receive the proper clearance, which will be determined based upon the condition of the island as a result of today's storm. If you have been selected you will receive a confirmation email providing you with the details. We do plan to run the buses each any every day until each resident has had the opportunity to access their properties. Full time residents and families with children in the Lavallette School System will be provide preference. Updates will be provided as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.
