That would be too easy. I'll do it myself in the fall, it'll be good exercise.
Drill some big holes in it and pour in potassium nitrate(salt peter) it will eat up the stump and make removal a lot easier.

Lookin' good Mum.
Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers.

Fishhound was at my door at 8:30 am. We worked on ripping out all my ruined electrical wiring, drying the conduit, replacing some of the conduit and rewiring my yard till 7pm. The man is a machine!
It's almost finished. Everything except the dock. Then we will need to do the same for the A/C lines.

Yeah, it would have taken me weeks to do what he did in 1 day. I just dont do this stuff enough. So I need to think for 3 days then act for an hour.
After this I need all new AC duct work, 2 compressors, probably 2 air-handlers and then finally I can get to work on those last 2 bedrooms (1 of which will become a smoking room)
I cant work on the bedrooms until after the AC is completed. There's a good chance we will need to get into the crawl space form the floor of 1 of those rooms. The regular crawlspace access is likely too small for the air-handler.
And that will finish my house where I live.
My other house needs all sorts of work. The siding is ripped off, the roof needs repairs (come to think of it, so does my house) and there is a huge sinkhole in the back. I dont know where to begin nor do I have the funds for this.

Nice, I will test my compressors out when it's warmer. Hoping / praying they are ok. If not they want 16,000 to replace them and the duck work. The duck work by itself will be 4,000. It never ends.
Heading down tomorrow to finish the 3rd bedroom.
