Looks like a blast!

Trolling or casting? I've never caught a striper. Do they put up a good fight?
Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers.

Casting, we use live fish for bait, let them run for awhile with it and then start reeling. The bait gets lodged in their throats and they have trouble breathing and dont put up much of a fight. Still a lot of fun to catch. Going back in May when they are monsters.

Graham and I caught half of our limit for the boat of 14. That left 7 for the other 5 on the boat. I caught the first and most and he caught the biggest.

It was so much fun! First time ever going out on a big body of water, and using live bait! And, as Ryan pointed out... I caught the biggest!
