Sinus Infections and cigars?

I always get a z-pack for my sinus infections and it doesn't do crap. I end up going back fomr something stronger...
Also, sudafed. Works wonders. And take an Aleve with it and you wont even know you have an infection.

Feel better! I've always found whenever I've had a sinus infection and attempted to smoke a cigar it really ruins the experience, taste, flavors etc.
