Well you can buy the peppers and jar them. That's what Jam did and I purchased some in the past to add to my jarring.

YUM! Good stuff! Those peppers are huge! Around here we are lucky to see a pepper grow 5-6" long! What the hell do you guys put in the soil there?

I cut the a little of the Top Because i want the seeds thats what makes the Pepper also it depends how long the peppers are whether i cut in 3 or 4

this year was the best Peppers i have bought in a long time and they were long and 15.00 for 25lbs these were the best frying peppers ever .

This is only step 1 she still has help cut 2 cases of eggplants and remove pits from 2 cases of Olives
