Yes, no meat today or on Fridays for me.
I'm heading to church get ashes today as well.
Not sure what I'm giving up beyond that....

I don't think i've observed lent in a while, I doubt i'll get ashes today, but maybe i'll try the no meat and lenten sacrifice this year...
