Herfing and Crabs
#1
Last Saturday, my Masonic lodge held its annual Crab and Prime Rib Feed fundraiser. Brother Sergio arrived with friend and roommate Chris...and an older and fiesty Asian lady (I will let Sergio explain). We boiled pasta for over 400 people and smoked some nice cigars.

Sergio and I each smoked a La Flor Dominicana Colorado Oscuro.

All in all, it was a good day. Remember, a herf can be anywhere great friends and brothers (and sisters of the leaf) get together to enjoy fellowship and fine cigars.

That's a way to spend a day. Ironically, Mum and I sat in a crab joint yesterday and had Newcastle!

What cigars?? OMG, I've never seen that much crab other than offloading a boat. Great to see everybody having a great herf time. You guys do it right! More pics needed.
.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.

Sadly, Taf, thems all the pics I could muster. We served about 415 people with all you can eat prime rib and crab. Spent the rest of the time smoking, drinking, and cooking. But I must agree with Jimmie; Brother Sergio and Chris were/are great company, and it was a great day.
